All Web Hosting, Managed Blog, and Email hosting packages include a 45 day money back satisfaction guarantee. If you are dissatisfied with your service for any reason, you will receive a full refund of 100% of your money if you cancel your account within 45 days of the activation. To cancel all you need to do is email and we will take care of that very quickly.

Domain registration, VPS, and Dedicated Servers are not included and are non-refundable.

Performance/Uptime Guarantee

BlueFur.com guarantees that the network will be available 99.9% of the time in a given month, excluding scheduled maintenance. Therefore after network downtime of 1.41 minutes per day, calculated monthly, BlueFur.com will refund 5% of the monthly hosting fee to the requesting customer for each 30 minutes of downtime up to 100% of the monthly fee.

Service credits are calculated as follows:

  • Between 0 minutes and 45 minutes downtime per month (100% - 99.9% uptime) : No credit
  • Between 45 minutes and 3 hours 30 minutes downtime per month (99.9% - 99.5% uptime) : 5% credit
  • Between 3 hours 30 minutes and 7 hours 15 minutes downtime per month (99.5% - 99% uptime) : 10% credit
  • Between 7 hours 15 minutes and 14 hours 30 minutes downtime per month (99% - 98% uptime) : 15% credit
  • Between 14 hours 30 minutes and 1.5 days downtime per month (98% - 95% uptime) : 25% credit
  • Greater than 1.5 days downtime per month (less than 95% uptime) : 100% credit
