No refunds are available after 30 days. Any request for cancellation must be received via our online support ticket system. You will receive verification upon the cancellation of your account. Cancellations over the telephone and informal email are not accepted.

Accounts cancelled/terminated by BlueFur.com for violating our Terms of Use do not qualify for the 30-day money back guarantee. For example, if your account is cancelled due to spamming, you will not be given any refund.

Please allow up to 4 weeks for refunds to be processed.

Performance/Uptime Guarantee
BlueFur.com guarantees that the network will be available 99% of the time in a given month, excluding scheduled maintenance. Therefore after network downtime of 1.41 minutes per day, calculated monthly, BlueFur.com will refund 5% of the monthly hosting fee to the requesting customer for each 30 minutes of downtime up to 100% of the monthly fee. This guarantee applies to the network connectivity and server uptime, but does not apply to "acts of god" or "hardware failure" or "war" outside of anyone's control. If you have a dedicated server through our network, the same SLA applies, but does not cover any load issues caused by software running on the machine. Connectivity is measured as the ability of the server to transmit and receive data.

Failover Guarantee
All of our Failover hosting comes with a 60 day money back guarantee and a 99.9% uptime guarantee. If we fall below the 99.99% we will refund you 25% of your monthly hosting fee for each 30 minutes of downtime up to 100% of the monthly fee. This guarantee applies to the network connectivity and server uptime, but does not apply to "acts of god" or "hardware failure" or "war" outside of anyone's control. Connectivity is measured as the ability of the server to transmit and receive data.
